Phase I of KDISON’s 2.8 Million t/a Green Oxidant (Hydrogen Peroxide) Industrial Chain Project Nears Commissioning

Guizhou KDISON New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce significant progress in its Green Oxidant – Hydrogen Peroxide Industrial Chain Project, with Phase I construction now entering its final stage. Core production units and utility systems have been substantially completed, integrated commissioning is underway, and the Phase I plant is scheduled to enter commercial operation shortly.

The project’s energy conservation report was officially approved on April 3, 2023, by the Guizhou Provincial Development and Reform Commission, marking an important milestone in the project’s development. The overall project is planned with a total capacity of 2.8 million tons per year of industrial-grade and high-purity hydrogen peroxide, making it a key green chemical project in the region.

Advanced Technology Serving Both Bulk and High-End Markets

The project adopts a mature and reliable fully acidic anthraquinone process for hydrogen peroxide production. Based on large-scale, continuous, safe, and stable manufacturing of industrial-grade hydrogen peroxide, the project is equipped with deep purification and upgrading units, enabling the production of high-purity and electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide.

This integrated design allows the facility to meet the stringent purity and quality requirements of high-end applications, including electronic chemicals and specialty chemical industries, while also serving large-volume industrial markets.

Phase I Construction Progress

Final-stage construction nearing completion

Core process units and utility systems largely in place

Integrated system commissioning in progress

Preparations for start-up and commercial operation well underway

Once commissioned, Phase I will begin releasing production capacity, laying a solid foundation for subsequent phases and the full realization of the integrated industrial chain.
