Kdison Successfully Delivers a 192 TPD Hydrogen Peroxide Plant for PT. Phoenix Resources International in Indonesia

Kdison continues to strengthen its presence in the Indonesian hydrogen peroxide market with the successful delivery of a hydrogen peroxide plant for PT. Phoenix Resources International. The project, officially contracted in 2022, has a design capacity of 192 tons per day (as 100% H₂O₂ equivalent) and was successfully completed and commissioned in 2024. The plant is now in stable operation, with all key performance indicators meeting the design targets.

PT. Phoenix Resources International is a well-established chemical enterprise in Indonesia, serving both domestic and regional markets. Based on strong confidence in Kdison’s technical expertise and extensive experience in international hydrogen peroxide projects, PT. Phoenix Resources International selected Kdison as the EPC contractor for the project. Kdison was responsible for the overall process design, system integration, key equipment procurement, project execution, as well as commissioning support and start-up assistance, delivering a complete and practical turnkey solution.

The plant adopts a proven and reliable hydrogen peroxide production process, covering hydrogenation, oxidation, extraction and purification, post-treatment, and working solution preparation. Taking into account local feedstock conditions, operating environment, and the client’s specific production requirements, Kdison optimized process parameters and equipment configuration to ensure stable operation, high efficiency, and favorable economics.

During project execution, the Kdison project team efficiently coordinated design, procurement, and on-site implementation, while managing cross-border supply chains and construction resources. Following mechanical completion, Kdison’s technical team actively participated in commissioning and start-up support, enabling the plant to achieve smooth start-up and rapid transition to stable operation.
